Problem:
In a high-performance work culture where lack of sleep is normalised, the challenge was to shift the perception of sleep from a passive necessity to an active performance advantage.
Key Insight:
People don’t need perfect sleep to feel the difference. Even a small improvement can noticeably shift how they think, work, perform and function.
Approach:
Reposition sleep as a performance advantage rather than passive wellness. The campaign demonstrates how lack of sleep can significantly impact everyday output, decision-making and focus. By focusing on relatable professional scenarios, helps users immediately map the message onto their own lifestyle.
